Pages on this web site are of three kinds:
A. Pages with official ARARA information, for whose content the Board gives approval
B. Pages with information relating to committees, for whose content committee
chairpersons give approval
C. Pages with more general information, links etc. which the Web Committee
normally approves, sometimes in consultation with one or more Committees,
but which ultimately may come from any source, ARARA members or
non-members or the world wide web in general.
A. Pages whose content may be changed only with approval from the ARARA President:
The Home Page
The Contacts Page ("Contacting Boards and Committees") and its dependencies*
[see "exceptions" below; see footnote defining "dependencies"]
The Standing Documents page and its dependencies*
The Membership page and its dependencies*
??The Volunteer page [not all of its dependencies*; or reassign elsewhere?
The page "Who We Are" or "Who We Are and What We Do" [not all dependencies*]
The Disclaimer page and its dependencies* if any
The Press Releases page and its dependencies*
The Spanish page and its dependencies*
The Annual Conference page and its dependencies*
Any other pages which the Board may designate, or where the Board may choose to
override another authority if that is absolutely necessary. Because of the value
of delegation of authority, the presumption should be against Board overrides.
Exceptions, which are not normally assigned to the Board:
Committee agenda pages are to be changed only with approval from committee
chairpersons. See the list of committees below.
Specific portions of the Annual Conference Information may be changed also with
approval of the chairs of these committees:
Program Committee; Field Trips Committee; others?

or by persons designated by those committees:

*its dependencies, dependent -- these refer to pages which have at the beginning of their text a line in which the named head page is hierarchically higher than (marked with the "greater-than" sign ">" ) the page on which the line appears. So this page you are on now is shown in the line

to be a dependency of (be dependent on) the page "Contacting Board & Committees", which on the home page appears as the link labeled "Contacts". Each page on this site has only one such line defining its dependency tree, so its dependency relation is unambiguous.
